Cancellation/ Refund Policy

Shipping Partners
We use Fedex, Aramex to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you. We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time
Depending on the requirements, the Delivery time will be clearly mentioned before starting of the Project.

All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.

100% Refund/Replacement:
If the requirements mentioned initially in Project Agreement is not completed, we will be processing refund in full.

Changing or Canceling An Order:
An order once placed and agreement is made, it is highly unlikely to get that cancelled. Kinly contact our Customer Support for the same.

Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will arrange a pickup for the items.

Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation or use of our products.
