ABSTRACT



Road accidents claim the lives of six two-wheeler drivers in India every hour. Additionally, we ve seen that during this epidemic many use masks and don t wear helmets to reduce congestion, which raised our concern. As a result, we decided to work on a project where these helmetless people may be fined for breaking traffic laws.
